For each investment, we commission a third party to perform financial, legal, tax and labor due diligence on the company.

The process is 100% online, and payment is made through Lemonway, a platform regulated by the Bank of Spain.
Track your investments
Quarterly reports of your companies
Dozen generates and distributes quarterly reports on the financial and business performance of the companies in your portfolio.
Representation on the Board of Directors
The group of investors may be represented on the Board by one of the investors and a member of the Dozen team.
Support until divestment
We support you and defend your interests until the moment you sell your shares. You will be able to continue investing in your best companies.
